Matrix Effects in LC/MS
The three attached PDF files discuss our work in understanding and controlling matrix ionization effects in LC-MS/MS caused by endogenous phospholipids. We employ a technique referred to as "in-source multiple reaction monitoring" (IS-MRM).
The first two files are in a poster format (Poster1 and Poster2) and the text file is a preprint version reflecting peer review and the editing process, but contains some content which was not peer reviewed. The peer reviewed article was published in the J. Chro. B (J. L. Little, M. F. Wempe, C. M. Buchanan, Journal of Chromatography B, 833 (2006) 219-230).
